The invention relates to pyrimido[5,4-d]pyrimidine derivatives of the formula I, employed in the treatment of patho-physiological processes induced by tyrosine kinase hyperfunction, especially of epithelial and neuroepithelial tumours and metastasizing and abnormal proliferation of vascular endothelial cells (neoangiogenesis).
