According to the invention, the double component polymer composition with interpenetrated lattices comprises a first component consisting of caseine and/or collagen as such or as a polymer composition comprising casein and/or collagen, prepared from 20 ... 30 parts, by weight, of chloric casein and/or collagen, 1.5 ... 25 parts by weight of urea, 0.5 ... 5 parts by weight of non-ionic emulsifier, 1 ... 4 parts by weight of starch, 0.1 ... 5 parts by weight of zinc, aluminium, nickel and/or zirconium oxide and/or acetate, 0.5 ... 5 parts by weight of preservative, 1 ... 1.5 parts by weight of foam killer, preferably silicone oil, 40 .... 50 parts by weight of 25% ammonia solution, and a second core-shell-type acrylic copolymer obtained by polymerization in emulsion, in two stages, a monomer mixture with low water solubility, emulsified with surfactants and a reduction-oxidation initiator, at a temperature of 15 .... 90 C for 0.5 ... 1 hour. There is carried out a heat treatment for 10 .... 60 minutes, there being obtained a core structure, thereafter, in a second polymerization stage there is dosed for 3 ... 4 hours a monomer mixture having low water solubility and hydrophilic monomers emulsified as in the first stage, at a temperature ranging from 60 ... 90 C, the reaction continuing for one more hour, at a temperature of 90 C, followed by cooling at 30 ... 40 C, the first component representing 0.1 ... 99.9% of the resulting composition and being in the form of a yellowish paste with a dry substance content ranging from 20 to 55%, a pH from 5.5 to 8 and a viscosity at 20 C of 200 ... 50,000 cP.</p> |
