The distributor has a tray extraction unit (18) disposed in an upper part. The extraction unit displaces a tray in a waiting position, to the top of a stack of trays in the extraction direction across a slot (10), under the command, where the extraction direction is horizontal across the slot. The extraction unit has a sliding nut (180) slidably mounted in the extraction direction.
