The method involves presenting a section of a document on an image area (1) and aligning a sensor to a user (9). Sensor information is documented and processed to realize a motion within an area of a head or a line of vision of the user. The motion is realized using motion information and the information is evaluated to derive a navigation action. A modification of the section of the document is effected by the action. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for implementing a method of contact-less navigation in a document.
