An electronic document read system includes storage means for storing an electronic document configured by containing contents of different data formats, content specification reception means for receiving specification of a content as a sticky attaching object, and electronic document display means for displaying the electronic document in which the sticky is attached to the specified content. By providing an electronic document read system in which a sticky can be attached to an electronic document, it is possible to increase the correlation between the sticky and the content constituting the electronic document.
