The mounting includes two different types of fastening; one is interlocking (screw-like), the other magnetic. At least one abutting surface between nozzle (1) and mounting (3) is magnetized, or is fitted with magnets. These surfaces are normal to the longitudinal axis of the nozzle and/or normal to the direction in which the thread nozzle approaches the abutting surface when mounting it. The magnetic holding force is sufficient to grip the nozzle firmly, even when the machine is run without passing thread (4) through it. The nozzle and mounting include a complementary projection and recess (13, 14). The recess has two connected sections i.e. grooves (15, 16). One (16) is helical (screw like) or circumferential around the nozzle. The other (15) is axial. The mounting (3) is a rotor casing, the cover of a rotor casing or a section connected to it. Recesses form screw-like guide paths. Their sense tends to cause the nozzle to be screwed-in, under the torque transmitted from a thread running through it. The screw pitch is sufficiently coarse, that there is no self-locking tendency. The corresponding nozzle and spinning machine are also claimed.
|
