The scraper for removing dung from the walkway of a cattle stall has a central mounting (12, 14, 25) with a slide (15) which runs along a central channel in the walkway. Two hinged arms (50, 60') are attached to the mounting and can swivel from an operating position across the full width of the walkway to a position parallel to it which allows transit across it. An independent claim is included for a dung removing system incorporating the scraper.
