The self-adhesive decorative ceiling cove strips, to fit into the corners between walls and ceilings, are of al elastomer material and preferably of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM). The self-adhesive surface is covered by a protective peel-off layer. The outer and visible surface is structured to give a the required appearance, e.g. of plaster.
