A diagnosis information management system includes a field controller for sending diagnosis information indicating the content of a trouble generated in the field via a network to a viewer, and the viewer for displaying the diagnosis information received from the field controller on a screen. The field controller includes a storage unit for storing diagnosis information as a master of the entire system. The viewer compares the diagnosis information owned by itself to the diagnosis information in the master and acquires differential diagnosis information from the field controller side.
