A device is proposed such as a tablecloth or draperies (12) to a table or other surface which also permitting to apply to the same cloth decorative elements, in particular what is known in this technical field as "draperies". This device is constituted by a fixed element that is attachable to the table or other surface, inside which the cloth is inserted and then blocked by a mobile element that fits into the fixed elements. The mobile element has a strip of Velcro on its outer side, so that other accessories, such as "draperies" for tablecloths, may be applied. |
