<p>The cover (1) has a clamping mechanism inside for holding a pipe to be connected to a drilled opening of a structure. The clamping mechanism has a sealing portion (3) embedded in the cover and projecting outward from the outer surface (6) of the cover. The sealing portion has clamping sections (7,7') arranged perpendicular to the axis (A) of the cover to form two clamping planes (K1,K2). An independent claim is also included for the pipe joint with the cover.</p> |
