The bypass circuit board (C) has a 21-pin socket board (D) connected by circuit paths and designed to correspond to a standard common carrier in the form of another circuit board (A). The interface formed using the bypass circuit board can be formed in a closed system with cable links inside. An 8-pin, 9-pin, or 4-pin socket board can be used in lieu of the 21-pin socket board.
