<p>The present invention discloses a method for implementing online help employing instant communication. The method includes: step A:calling an instant communication client software in a user computer software, logging on a instant communication server; B: sending a help request by a user computer in manner of instant communication, depending to the help request, a help information provider and the instant communication server provide user computer with help service in manner of instant communication. The present invention also discloses a system for implementing online help employing instant commmunication, the system includes: a instant communication server , a user computer and a help information provider, wherein the help information provider connects with the instant communication server, the user computer logs on and connects to the instant communication server by employing a instant communication client software embedded in a software thereof the instant communication server and the help information provider provide user with help service in manner of instant communication.</p> |
