The device consists of a cigarette box (1) containing cigarette paper casings (12), a receptacle (2) for tobacco portions, a plunger (3) with several parallel pins(6) and guide part (4). The receptacle has parallel tubes (5)which can be filled with tobacco and the cigarette box, receptacle and plunger can be assembled on the guide part in such a way that the individual cigarette paper casings, tubes from the receptacle and pins on the plunger can be pushed behind and into one another in their corresponding and differing positions, as the pins can be pushed into the tubes.
