<p>A helmet (1) where a ventilation opening frame body (3) is installed on a ventilation opening (2) holed in the upper half portion of a dome-like shell (4), wherein pin holes (10) are parallelly provided in a ventilation opening peripheral edge portion (6) of the shell (4), the edge (6) surrounding the ventilation opening (2), pins (11) penetrating the pin holes (10) are parallelly studded in an inner surface of a frame body edge portion (7) of the ventilation opening frame body (3) fitted in a recess-like outer surface of the ventilation opening peripheral edge portion (6), retaining rings (12) fitted on the pins (11) penetrating the pin holes (10) are fitted on the pins (11) by pressing the retaining rings against a ridge-like inner surface (14) of the ventilation opening edge portion (6), and as a result the ventilation opening frame body (3) is fixed to the shell (4).</p> |
