Segment or revolution counter for revolutions and number of crossed over angular fields relative to segments of a wave has five unipolar wires e.g. wiegand wires placed in circular formation and swivelable permanent magnet relative to wires

The counter has five unipolar wires (0,1,2,3,4) e.g. wiegand wires which are placed in circular formation at a distance from each other. The signals of the wires of electronic wiring are used for determining revolutions. The counter has one permanent magnet swivelable relative to the wires and they are arranged in such a way that the counter is used for forward and/or backward counting of revolutions. A north pole of the permanent magnet is effective for releasing and a south pole for backspacing of each wire by a full rotation, i.e. 360 degree, of the wave.An independent claim is also included for a counting method for the number of crossed over segments.
