Organic waste is pre-treated in a closed system, transported in a way that permits regulation and incinerated under supervision. The waste material is pulverised before it is transported. Pulverisation is carried out using a hammer mill, with its associated screw feeder and storage silos, as required. The intermediate storage of pulverised waste in bags is eliminated. The screw feeder delivers the waste directly into a vehicle or into a silo, as a temporary stage, through a closed system. Special tanker lorries are used, such that control of filling, delivery and correct speed of discharge of the waste material is exercised from the vehicle. The waste is delivered to a power station for incineration. It is transferred into the power station mills through special connections. Incineration is carried out in the power station, with the feed rate and parameters of construction are controlled and supervised. |
