FIELD: processes for applying liquids or other fluent materials to surfaces to obtain special surface effects, finishes or structures, particularly to obtain matte coating in optics, illuminating engineering, instrument-making and mechanical engineering, namely to create light-emitting diode matrix for display panel. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves applying adhesive material layer on component surface; covering the adhesive material layer with microparticle layer and hardening the adhesive material. Silicon compound is used as the adhesive material. Dark powder dye is used as the microparticles. The microparticles are applied when silicon compound is in gelatinization phase. Shagreen RAL9005 dye is used as the powder dye. ^ EFFECT: improved manufacturability, reduced cost and increased uniformity of matte coating on component surface. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
