FIELD: transport engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed axle is essentially load-bearing structure in form of beam with brackets on which running wheels are fitted on steering knuckles, running wheel turning drive, running wheel rotation drive made in form of two side reduction gear units connected through axle-shafts with differential and final drive and consisting of upper and lower bevel gear trains. Brackets of beam of carrying structure have height providing free and non-limited turning of wheel around axle of bracket, and running wheel turning drive is made in form of worm wheels rigidly installed in upper part of steering knuckles in meshing with worms set into rotation by hydraulic motors. ^ EFFECT: provision of non-limited and independent turning of running wheels. ^ 1 dwg |
