FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: in patients with unfavorable prediction one should measure lysosomal-cationic test of neutrophilic granulocytes of venous blood followed by calculating a possible day for lethality according to special formula. The day of patient's entering is considered to be the day number 1.
