Walls, base and mounting welts form case. Plate having light-emitting diodes, electric switch and voltage converter is fastened to minting welts. Surface of plate provided with light-emitting diodes is divided to areas having different parameters. Reflectors embrace areas. Generatrices of surfaces of reflectors are described by second-degree equations.
