FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: disclosed are aggregate antigen construct, method for production thereof, vaccine preparation containing the same, and uses thereof. Antigen aggregated construct having size of 30-500 nm improves immunogenicity of target preparation and differential recognition by immune system. Method for production claimed construct includes selection of necessary antigen, addition of said antigen into medium advancing to aggregation process, mixture incubation for 24 hours-7 days at 28°C and collection of aggregate particle having size form 30 to 500 nm for example by gel filtration, ultrafiltration or dialysis.
