FIELD: electric engineering, possible use in electro-technological complex systems for inductive melting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has melting furnace with inducer, mounted inside frame 1. Inducer is made of hollow conductor shaped as cylindrical spiral, outputs of which are connected to melting furnace outputs, divided on two even portions 2, 3, connected in parallel. Device additionally has frequency transformer 4, capacitor battery 5, two bus ducts 6,7, connecting outputs of frequency transformer 4 to outputs of capacitor battery 5, capacitor battery 5 is mounted on frame 1 in immediate vicinity of inducer, outputs of capacitor battery 5 are connected to outputs of inducer, on frame 1 in direction towards axis of cylindrical spiral on at least two sides panels 8 are mounted with fixed ferrite rods. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of inductive melting plant. ^ 1 dwg |
