FIELD: mechanical engineering; engines, pumps, compressors. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed piston machine has piston made integral with pusher and arranged inside housing-shaft. Closed screw groove is made on outer surface of piston-pusher which accommodates guide mechanically coupling piston-pusher with drive shaft-housing. Cylindrical space of the latter is divided by partition and piston into four cylinders. Holes and spaces are made in axle coupled with pistons-pushers and in shaft-housing.
