FIELD: chemical industry; rubber industry; processes and methods of dehydration of polymeric and rubber materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the processes and methods of dehydration of the caoutchoucks, the filled polymers and the polymeric compositions and may be used at production and reprocessing of the polymeric materials and mixtures on their basis. The method of dehydration of the polymeric materials is realized in the auger machines by removal of moisture with the help of an inert drying agent at the temperature of 100-135°C at throttling of the heated up to 150-220°C polymeric material into a prechamber with the subsequent chilling and packing. In the capacity of the inertial drying agent they use deoxygenate smoke emissions gained in the medium of the air without excessive oxygen in amount of 10-500 kg per 1 ton of the polymeric compound. At that the smoke emissions first are fed into the prechamber, then the smoke emissions are fed in amount of 10-20 kg per 1 ton of the polymeric compound into the area of injection of the polymeric material of the auger machine. The offered method allows to reduce the price of the polymeric materials dehydration process due to usage of the use deoxygenate smoke emissions as an inertial drying agent, exclusion of the phase of heat-exchange, reduction of power input. ^ EFFECT: the invention allows to reduce the price of the polymeric materials dehydration process, to exclude heat-exchange stages, to decrease power input. ^ 4 tbl, 20 ex |
