FIELD: mechanical engineering; pneumatic brake systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed brake system contains compressed air bottle connected, through air main line with safety valve and brake cock with brake cock pedal, to pneumatic cylinders coupled with brake mechanisms of vehicle wheels, contacts of open key arranged on pedal of brake cock, contacts of pressure transmitter installed on air main line, on-board supply source and contacts of vehicle wheel rotation pickup. Brake system is furnished additionally with emergency brake control unit, selector switch unit, comparator system unit, manifold system, N independent gas generators with powder explosive cartridges. Gas generators are connected through manifold system to air main line on section between compressed air source and brake cock. Electric control circuit of powder explosive cartridges is supplied from on-board supply source through selector switch unit coupled with emergency brake control unit receiving signal for operation from contacts of open key to its front input. Number of operating powder explosive cartridge is determined by coupled of with powder explosive cartridge with input of comparator system unit which forms and transmits additional control signal to second input of control unit of emergency brake. ^ EFFECT: provision of N adjustable applications of brake of vehicle in case of failure of compressed air source. ^ 1 dwg |
