The invention discloses a preparation affecting the processes of the growth and mineralisation of the osteo-skeletal system. The preparation contains alpha-keto-glutarate or/and glutamine or/and glutamate or/and omithine of alpha-keto-glutarate, dipeptydes glutamines and other amino acids or/and tripeptides of glutamine and other amino acids or/and glutamate with other amino acid, or/and salts of alpha­keto-glutarate or/and glutamines or/and glutamate or/and ornithines of alpha-keto­glutarate, dipeptides of glutamine or glutamate with other amino acid.
