In a stream reception device, a control section (12) uses respective position information on n selected stream transmission stations (2) so as to generate and transmit a distribution request (R) as data for requesting distribution of a stream (ST) accumulated respectively before a user operates an input section (15). After this, each stream (ST) is successively buffered in a stream storage section (14) starting with the reproduction start portion. After this, according to the operation of the input section (15), the control section (12) successively reads out and reproduces an object stream (ST) from the stream storage section (14) starting with the reproduction start portion if any stream (ST) to be an object is stored. |
