The device has a reservoir (1) formed of two compartments (2, 3) containing two pasty resins and opened into a mixer (4), over an Archimedes screw (5). A container (13) receives a mix from the mixer and has a cover (14) blocking an opening that permits to access the mix which receives the impression, where the mix is hardened by polymerization. The screw is manipulated by an operating button (6) situated at an end of the mixer.
