The active compound is under the form of particles, notably under the form of powder or granules, disposed in a housing inside the device. The housing permits distribution of water through sachet type walls made up of fabric/porous paper material. The compound is under the form of a coating. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a method to deposit a coating (B) a motor vehicle comprising a headlight type lighting and/or signaling device.
