PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a skin cosmetic for makeup excellent in cosmetic retention and improved in covering feelings on the skin. SOLUTION: The skin cosmetic for makeup comprises a copolymer comprising as constituent monomers an acrylic acid monomer (A), a polyoxyalkylene group-containing monomer (B) and an organopolysiloxane-containing monomer (C), the content of the monomer (A) being at least 20 mass% based on the total weight of the constituent monomers, and a siliconized polysaccharide.
