PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal mold device capable of restraining generation of wrinkles. SOLUTION: The metal mold device is provided with: a die 3 positioning and holding a panel 4, in which a part to be usually scrapped is left as a final product shape, and which is drawn and formed into a shape before the final product; a slide punch 5 forming the panel 4 into a prescribed shape in co-operation with the die 3; an auxiliary punch 6 forming the part to be scrapped; a work pressing member pressing the panel 4 placed on the die 3 toward the side of the die 3; and a cam member, which, in operation, comes into contact with a part of the slide punch 5 and slides the slide punch 5 to the side of the die 3. The metal mold device is composed such that, at least when starting the working of the panel 4, either or both of the slide punch 5 and the auxiliary punch 6 are brought into contact with the whole of the part to be worked and formed.
