PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky rice plant transplanter where an opening and closing lid must be closed by tightly screwing to a cylindrical male screw part, but if screwing so, on the contrary, the defect that the opening and closing lid cannot instantaneously be opened is revealed but the defect is solved in this invention. SOLUTION: This sulky rice plant transplanter has a fertilizer distributing tank at a driving gear part and a fertilizer inlet opening of the tank is opened and closed with a lid body. In this case, the lid body is rotatably pivoted to a pivoting pin set to the inlet opening for the fertilizer and the lid body is made openable with a connection and disconnection tool provided on the lid body. Accordingly, the lid body can instantaneously be opened with the connection and disconnection tool and the following operations, for example, fertilizer feeding operation, or the like, can promptly be carried out.
