PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen-confectionery feeding device designed so that bagged frozen confectionery exposed out of a cut part of a cylinder does not get burst even if a piston rises when the movable cap bottom part of a cylinder cap does not come down. SOLUTION: This frozen-confectionery feeding device has the following structure: the cylinder cap 31 provided with a cap body part 33 and the movable cap bottom part 34 is set on the upper part of the cylinder 14; the cap body 33 is fixed to the upper end of the cylinder 14; the movable cap bottom part 34 is set so as to be vertically movable in the cylinder 14 via a link mechanism 32 set at the cap body part 33; the cut part 35 making the outlet 18 of the bagged frozen confectionery 17 to be charged in the cylinder 14 is formed at the upper end part of the side surface of the cylinder 14; and a protection cover 40 is slidably attached to the movable cap bottom part 34 via fixing screws 41 so as to cover the cut part 35.
