PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production information system which can flexibly cope with exceptional work even if the exceptional work is generated outside a production line.

SOLUTION: In order to flexibly cope with exceptional work outside a production line, the retractive points of products from production lines are preliminarily registered with the performance collection point master of a system as the points for collecting information on production performance. Then, the point numbers of points at which the products deviate from the lines and the point numbers of points to which the products return are also registered. The production numbers and production quantities of the products deviating from the lines are managed in the same manner as products on the line.
