<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning device enabling a leaner to easily discriminate the difference between the waveform of an example speech and that of a learner's speech so as to learn effectively. <P>SOLUTION: The learning device (103) for learning by speech comprises: a receiving means (204) for receiving the example speech from the outside (101, 104); recording means (208-209) for recording the learner's speech using the learning device (103); and display means (205-206, 125) for displaying, in a waveform, the example speech received by the receiving means (204) and the learner's speech recorded by the recording means (208-209). The display means (205-206) superpose the waveform of the example speech and that of the learner's speech to display: a part of waveform (61) where the waveform of the example speech and that of the learner's speech coincide in a first manner; a part of waveform (62) where the waveform of the learner's speech is larger than that of the example speech in a second manner; a part of waveform (63) where the waveform of the learner's speech is smaller than that of the example speech in a third manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
