<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs and weights of connection materials, to improve workability of cable connection, and to achieve compactness and space saving. <P>SOLUTION: Insulation cover halves 31, 32 have large-diameter cylinders 34 (35) for fitting by difference in diameter, and ambient temperature shrinkable or heat shrinkable cable inlets 38 (39, 40). Power cables 21 (22, 23) at both sides are each inserted into the inlets 38 (39, 40) of expanded diameters of the insulation cover halves 31 (32), conductors of the power cables are electrically connected to each other, and an electrical connection 18 is covered by the high-rigidity cylindrical body 30 of a split-in-half structure. The insulation cover halves 31 (35) at both sides are each moved toward the center side, a large-diameter cylinders 34 (35) cover the outside circumference of the high rigidity cylindrical body 30, and the portions are covered by a cylindrical cover 20.
