<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve throughput when performing continuous print processing. <P>SOLUTION: When a printer driver receiving a drawing instruction from an application via an OS receives the drawing instruction 210 of a next page from the application when performing generation of a print command 261 or the like of a band unit or a raster unit or a page header 260 of a certain page, and transmission of them to a printer, the printer driver generates an advance paper feed command 262 for the next page and transmits it to the printer. Thereby, a memory for generating the print command in the band units or the raster units suffices for a computer wherein the printer driver is executed, and the throughput is also improved by advance paper feed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
