The motor is located at the front of the vehicle 1, and the transmission of which the output shaft is connected to rear wheels is located at the rear of the vehicle 1. Then the propeller shaft and the start clutch are arranged and inserted between the output shaft of the motor 4 and the input shaft of the transmission 8. Then the rotating electric machinery, which is located at the front of the vehicle 1, has an inner rotor, a stator and an outer rotor in laminar condition coaxial with the output shaft of the motor 4.
