CONFIGURATION OF TRIMMING CIRCUIT AND TRIMMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the configuration of a trimming circuit and an inspection method in which non-writing and erroneous writing can be prevented in a trimming inspection process. SOLUTION: Additional capacitance is installed in parallel with a trimming element, so that overshooting or ringing of an applied voltage signal can be suppressed in comparison with conventional cases. The pulse of an output voltage applied from an external voltage source to the trimming element is stabilized, and a constant voltage can be applied for a fixed time so that writing can be accurately performed on the trimming element.
