PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel organic semiconductor having a high mobility and an organic thin film transistor using the organic semiconductor. SOLUTION: A polymer semiconductor material for the organic thin film transistor has a repetitive unit represented by a general formula (1) or (2).
