PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing information panel system, whereby a resident can hear received voice transmitted from an alarm monitor panel through the speaker of a housing information panel, even in a state that a safety device raises an alarm sound in a large sound volume. SOLUTION: When an alarm state detecting means 85 detects the fact that the safety device outputs a notice signal, the alarm state detecting means 85 outputs a detection signal to a gain-setting means 86. Since the gain-setting means 86 receiving this detection signal increases the amplification factor of a transmission signal amplifier 84b whose amplification factor is variable, the difference in the signal level between a transmission signal and a received signal in a voice switch VSW of the housing information panel A is decreased, an insertion loss amount control section 6 can easily estimate a call state to be a call-receiving state. As a result, the resident can hear the received call signal transmitted from an alarm monitor panel 80 through the speaker 2 of the housing information panel A, even in a state of the safety device issuing the alarm sound in a large sound volume.
