PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform, via the Internet, a performance evaluation of a business system to provide a service to a customer via the Internet to execute a system evaluation with a low cost and high accuracy. SOLUTION: A user managing a business system 500 to provide a service to a customer via the Internet transmits a request for the evaluation of the system 500 from a user terminal device 600 to a remote system evaluation accepting server 100. The server 100 which has accepted the request executes operations simulating the customer via the Internet by using a plurality of evaluation terminals 300 to evaluate the system 500 and provides the evaluation result to the terminal device 600.
