PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring kit and a measuring method which enables simultaneous, speedy, and easy detection of one or a plurality of types of target substances in a sample, and to provide a method for diagnosing diseases related to the target substances by the kit or the measuring method. SOLUTION: This enzyme immunological kit is constituted of a support, in which substances for recognizing the target substances are fixed to its surface; enzyme-labeled antibodies to the target substances; and a substrate, in which reaction products become insoluble in water after the enzyme-labeled antibodies are colored to detect the target substances in the sample by the coloration of the surface of the support or comprises two-stage reaction processes of an incubation process and a coloration process for detecting the target substances in the sample or measure the concentration of the target substances, by visually determining the color of the surface of the support, after coloration reaction.
