PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrinkles or scars in a moisture-proof protective film from appearing. SOLUTION: A radiographic image conversion panel 1 is equipped with a phosphor panel 4 where one or more stimulable phosphor layers 3 are formed on a prescribed substrate 2 by a gas phase lay-up method, a first moisture-proof protective film 10 located over the stimulable phosphor layer 3 and a second moisture-proof protective film 20, located under the substrate 2 and has a structure where each of the peripheral sections of the films 10 and 20 is fused mutually.
