PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil combustion promoting method easy to construct and convenient in use for promoting oil combustion by using a covering means. SOLUTION: The method comprises (1) a step of mixing and preparing a foamed material and a far infrared emitting metal oxide material in a preset proportion and then foaming and molding them to form a foamed body, covering the outer layer of a pipe body which supplies oil gas and air, with the foamed body containing the far infrared emitting metal oxide material, and cutting oil passing through the pipe body and joining it to air molecules into orderly rearrangement when the foamed body having far infrared magnetic wave function develops magnetic wave effects with ambient temperature rise, thereby promoting the oil combustion during combustion, and (2) a step of covering the outer edge of the foamed body with lead pieces or lead alloy pieces to fix the foamed body with the lead pieces, achieve shielding and isolating operation and reinforce heat conducting and retaining effects while reducing the outward release of the energy of far infrared magnetic waves, thereby shortening a heat conducting time for the foamed body and improving efficiency.
