PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent washing liquid from flowing into the water tank side in a cleanser self-supply sequence. SOLUTION: This device comprises a washing liquid holding part 6 for holding washing liquid such as a cleanser, and a washing liquid injection part for injecting the washing liquid from the washing liquid holding part into a water supply line for supplying wash water in a hot water tank 8 to a washing nozzle part 5. The device is provided with a cleanser self-supply sequence for washing away the washing liquid in the water supply line by feeding only the wash water after feeding only the washing liquid in the washing liquid holding part. In the cleanser self-supply sequence, wash water is fed simultaneously with the feed of washing liquid at the start.
