PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind equipped with a view shielding adjustment face for making the fine adjustment of a height position and an opening amount between an upper shielding adjustment face and a lower shielding adjustment face. SOLUTION: A lower part of a separating rod held in a movement adjustable manner to an independent separating rod moving device between an upper fixed rod and the separating rod is provided with a shielding rod held to an independent shielding rod moving device between the separating rod and the shielding rod, and adjustable in the opening amount between the upper shielding adjustment face and the lower shielding adjustment face.
