PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that many reinforcing metals for buildings, developed after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake that caused a large number of casualties by the collapse of houses and the overturn, fall and slide of furniture, as exemplified by damage by an adhesive agent applied to running electric trains and shoe soles and metal parts to fix furniture to a wall or a column, have little effect in an excessively big earthquake and make no ease of use and gathering dust of a vibration isolation material pasted to bottoms.
