PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhalator capable of milling the masses of a medicine being an obstacle for inhaling such as aggregated masses of the powder medicine to make the powder medicine reach the deepest part of the lung of a patient. SOLUTION: The inhalor is constituted such that a capsule 11 is arranged in a holding member 8 of a powder medicine receiving chamber 3, a sliding member 4 is moved to compress the powder medicine receiving chamber 3 and a hole is bored in the capsule by a boring member 7, compressed air in an outer space S flows into the inside of the capsule, the powder medicine is released to an outside through the path of a lid body 6 while milling the masses of powder being the obstacle such as the powder medicine for the inhalation, and the powder medicine can be sucked from an inhalation opening 6A.
